Quotes

People always ask, where I get my quotes from. I’m posting a few quotes that I really liked with the links to the different sites. Some of these quotes work wonderful with facebook, as it can be copied and pasted. I also think for those dull classroom walls this might give some inspiration.

Be not angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be.  ~Thomas à Kempis, Imitation of Christ, c.1420

You’ve got a lot of choices.  If getting out of bed in the morning is a chore and you’re not smiling on a regular basis, try another choice.  ~Steven D. Woodhul

Every big problem was at one time a wee disturbance. ~ Unknown Author

If the world were so organized that everything has to be fair, no living creature could survive for a day. The birds would be forbidden to eat worms, and everyone’s self-interest would have to be served. ~ Unknown Author.

Never miss an opportunity to make others happy, even if you have to leave them alone in order to do it.  ~Author Unknown

Stuck

Here I am, STUCK!

Where does one go from here? Having so many ideas and no way to implement them…

Maybe there is someone out there that overcame all odds and used web 2.0 tools in the classroom. The following site proved to be useful; http://www.classroom20.com/. Enabling related links and search engine searches are useful for now.

So close!
